Abstract

This research aims to discuss the issue of Imam Saud bin Abdulaziz preventing the "Shami Mahaml" from entering the Two Holy Mosques in 1805, and the issue of his disposal of the funds and possessions of "Al-hodjra Annabawia"  after his control of Medina in 1807, and the study worked to establish and confirm the objective historical truth in the two issues, far from Ottoman propaganda and the claims of the enemies of "Addaawa Al-islahia" which they spread to achieve suspicious political and religious goals. To achieve these objectives, the study followed the descriptive historical approach based on collecting historical material from its sources and references, then arranging and composing it, and then on the analytical approach to determine the nature of this propaganda and respond to it by stating the clear historical truth. The study reached a number of important conclusions, including that the incident of preventing the "Shami Mahaml" from entering the Two Holy Mosques in 1805 was linked to the political and religious tension that existed between the Saudi state and the Ottoman state after the Saudis imposed their control over the Hijaz region. Among them is that Imam Saud bin Abdul Aziz’s disposal of the funds and possessions of "Al-hodjra Annabawia" in 1807 was after a clear "fatwa" from the scholars of the four schools of Islamic jurisprudence regarding the possibility of benefiting from them to meet some of the needs of Muslims in Madina and other Islamic regions.
